In 2006, We have over 280 employees. Our products sell well all over the world. The export percentage always accounts for 80% against our total turnover.
Our major products include Shock absorber, piston rods, sintered parts, and stamping piece, as well as other car accessories. As for the production equipment, we have the functions of CNC, lathing, milling, drilling, thread rolling and spinning. Furthermore, we also have advanced equipment with the functions of forging, punching and surface finishing.
In order to assure the stability and durability of our products, we have introduced various kinds of advanced inspection instruments. We have professional inspection personnel for dealing with the inspection work. They mainly engage in the measuring test, metallurgical analysis, chemical elements of material analysis, hardness test, flaw detection, pulling test, performance test, usage life test, sealing test and salt spraying test.
We also have a professional R&D team. There are about 11 engineers in this department, 4 of whom are senior engineers. They dedicate themselves to the product R&D as well as pursuing innovation and improvement.
